卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿超声分型及其临床价值

摘　　要：目的分型认识卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的复杂声像图,以求提高超声对本病的诊断符合率。方法回顾性分析131例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者共139个肿块的声像图特点,分型观察,计算各型诊断符合率。结果依据肿块声像特点共分7种类型。囊内均匀光点型的符合率最高(88·3%),单纯囊肿型符合率最低(12·0%)。易误诊为单纯囊肿、囊腺瘤、炎性包块、畸胎瘤、子宫肌瘤、卵巢癌等。结论分型可使子宫内膜异位囊肿复杂的声像简单化,鉴别重点更明确,有助于提高对本病的认识。Objective To recognize the complicated sonograms of ovarian endometrial cyst in different sonogram types, and to improve the ultrasonic diagnose coincidence of this disease. Methods The sonograms of ovarian endometrial cyst in 131 cases with 139 pelvic masses were reviewed. They were divided into different types according to their sonngram features and the diagnose accordance rate was calculated. Results The sonograms were divided into 7 types . The diagnose accordance rate was different： it was the highest （88.3%）in the type of homogeneous- low- echo cyst, while the lowest （ 12.0% ） in the type of simple cyst. They might be misdiag- nosed as simple cyst, cystoadenoma and inflammatory mass etc. Conclusion The method of sonogram typing may simplify the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease, it may be useful to improve the ultrasonic diagnose coincidence.
