摘 要:目的探讨提高腹外疝超声诊断符合率的方法及临床应用价值。方法通过不同体位和乏氏动作改变腹内压等方法对检查116例(经手术病理证实),并对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果3.5MHz探头对疝外被盖较厚、疝环较大的腹外疝诊断符合率高于11MHz(P<0.01),11MHz探头对疝外被盖较薄、疝环较小的腹外疝诊断符合率高于3.5MHz(P<0.01),改变腹内压能提高可复性疝的超声诊断符合率,联合使用上述方法诊断符合率最高。结论超声检查腹外疝时应用不同频率探头和改变腹内压等综合方法,提高了腹外疝超声诊断水平。Objective To evaluate methods for improving the diagnostic ratio of external abdominal hemia by uhrasonography. Methods One hundred and sixteen cases were atTmned by surgery. The probes of 3.5 MHz and 11 MHz, various positions and valsalva's maneuver were used in the study. The ultrasonography images results were analyzed retrospectively. Results The diagnosfie ratio of external abdominal hernia using probes of 3.5 MHz was higher than that of using probes of 11 MHz in which there were the thicker covering tissues or larger ring( P 〈 0.01 ), then the diagnostic ratio of the hernia using probes of 11 MHz was higher than that of using probes of 3.5 MHz in which there were the thinner covering tissues or smaller ring( P 〈 0.01 ). The diagnostic ratio of the reducible hernia could be improved by changing the intra- abdominal pressure. It had the highest diagnostic ratio by combining the above methods of usage. Conclusion Applying the different frequency probes and changing the intra- abdominal pressure are helpful for improving the diagnostic level of external abdominal hernia by ultrasonography.
