摘  要:目的探讨冠心病患者血小板活化状态。方法采用全血流式细胞术(FCM)三色荧光分析技术对50例冠心病患者和50例健康人的血小板活化标志物CD62P,GPⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1)进行检测。结果冠心病组血小板CD62P(3_4.17±9.82)%与PAC.1(82.66±11.33)%阳性百分率显著高于对照组[(15.13±2.63)%,(38.07±5.44)%],两组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论冠心病组存在血小板活化,全血流式细胞术检测血小板活化可用于冠心病预防、治疗和复发的监测。Objective To observe the phtelet activation in the patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The platelet activation markers CD62P and GPⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1) in 50 with patients coronary heart disease and 50 healthy people were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) triad colour fluorimetric analysis technique. Resuits Positive percentage of platelet CD62P (34.17±9.82)% and PAC-1 (82.66±11.33)% in the coronary disease were significantly higher than those in normal control [ ( 15.13±2.63) %, (30.07±5.44) % ]. The difference between these markers in two groups was significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Platelet activation sustains in the blood of patien't with coronary heart disease. The detection of platelet activation by whole blood flow cytometric assay may apply to the precaution, treatment, and recurrent of coronary heart disease.
