摘  要:目的建立臂丛的三维可视化模型,立体显示臂丛的组成和走行。方法选取首例中国数字化可视人体数据集中第4颈椎上缘至第4胸椎上缘的连续薄层断面图像。运用3D-DOCTOR软件,在P4微机上分割重建臂丛、脊髓、锁骨、锁骨下动静脉和腋动静脉等解剖结构并立体显示。结果在薄层断面上连续观察了组成臂丛的神经根、干、股、束的位置,成功重建并立体显示了臂丛的组成及其与锁骨、血管等解剖结构的位置关系,建立了臂丛神经的三维可视化模型。结论中国数字化人体数据集能够提供完整精确的臂丛神经薄层断面数据,在此基础上分割重建的臂丛三维可视化模型,真实的显示了臂丛神经的组成、走行及其与邻近结构的位置关系。Objective To build three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization model of the brachial plexus to demonstrate the compositions and orientations of the plexus. Methods Cross-sectional images from the superior border of the fourth cervical vertebra to the superior border of the fourth thoracic vertebra collected from the dataset of the first Chinese visible human were subjected in this study. The anatomic structures of the brachial plexus, spinal cord, clavicle, subclavian vessels and axillary vessels were reconstructed three-dimensionally by 3D-DOCTOR software with a P4 computer. Results The roots, trunks, divisions, cords of the brachial plexus were observed on the serial thin cross-sections. The formation of the brachial plexus and its adjacent structures were successfully reconstructed and 3-D visualized. The digitized visible model of the brachial plexus was established. Conclusion The Chinese visible human dataset can provide complete and accurate data for the brachial plexus' thin cross-sections. On the base of three-dimensional model of the brachial plexus, the established mode actually displays the formation of the brachial plexus and relations to its adjacent struc, providing morphologic data for anatomy education and brachial plexus trauma diagnosis and therapy.
