摘　　要：目的：总结后路短节段GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉治疗T11-L2骨折的临床效果。方法：采用GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根螺钉系统手术治疗胸腰椎骨折21例，其中T11骨折1例，可：骨折8例，L1骨折9例，L2骨折3例。术前术后分别测量病变椎体高度、Cobb角，CT片测量椎管占位率。以Frankel评分系统评价神经功能，Qlarles标准评价临床效果。结果：术后神经功能Frankel评分由术前的3．9分增至4．8分，椎体高度、Cobb角角度及椎管占位率均较术前有所改善。随访2～30个月，结果按charles等的评价标准，本组疗效优9例，良8例，可2例，差2例。结论：采用GSS-Ⅱ型短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定加植骨术治疗胸腰椎骨折，可有效恢复椎节高度，腰椎后凸角及椎管容积，有效防止后期出现腰痛及椎管狭窄症状。Objective：To summarize the clinical outcome of T11-L2 fracture treated with GSS-Ⅱ short segmental pedicel screw system.Methods： cases with tboracolumbar fractures were treated by GSS-Ⅱ pedicel screw system, ineluding one case of fracture in T11 ,8 in T12,9 in L1 and 3 in L2 .The intervertebral heights and Cobb angle were evaluated before and after operation. The bone impingement into the spinal canal was evaluated on the films from computed tomography. The nerval fire, on and clinical outcome were evaluated by Frankel system and Charles system respectively, Results：The F rankel scores increased from 3.9 before operation to 4.8 after operation. The intervertebrul heights of the fractured vertebral body were increased and the Cobb angle reduced significantly. These patients had been followed up 2 to 30 months.According to charles＇ evaluation criterion,the excellent clinical outcomes occurred in 9 cases,goad in 8,fair in 2 and poor in 2.Conclusion：The advantages of treating thoracolumber fractures with short segmental GSS-Ⅱ pedicel screw system could anastate the intervertebral body height, Cobb angles and spinal volume effectively, avoiding lumbago and spinal canal stenosis.
