摘  要:针对目前动态电能质量存在的问题尤其是电压跌落产生的原因,介绍了动态电能质量问题的分析方法和控制技术。应用合理的分析方法准确快速的提取电能质量的动态特性参数,正确的控制技术是调节装置良好动态特性的保证。由于定制电力技术作为面向用户电能质量的技术,在解决动态电能质量上有突出的作用,又分析了定制电力技术的调节装置的基本原理和功能,并对各种方案进行了比较。In recent years, the problem of the dynamic power quality has been the importance of the power quality. Compared with the steady state power quality, the main characteristic of the dynamic power quality is the short duration. The dynamic power quality includes voltage dips, voltage surge, and instant interruption. Because these dynamic power quality results in severely effects on the economic benefit of many manufacturers, it is very important to improve the dynamic power quality. The dynamic voltage quality is the main problem of dynamic power quality, and the voltage dips is most widespread than problems of other voltage quality. The voltage dips appears as the fall of the voltage amplitude and the change of the voltage phase. Usually, the main problem is the voltage amplitude. The dynamic power quality is analyzed in this paper. The dynamic voltage quality is the main problem in dynamic power quality, and the voltage dips is most widespread compared with problems of other voltage quality. The analysis methods and the control technology used to study dynamic power quality are introduced. The dynamic parameters, which can be used to describe the dynamic power quality, are rapidly required with accuracy by the reasonable analysis method, and the correct control technology guarantees the good dynamic performance of devices and improves the power quality. Custom power technology, which takes the customer's benefit into account, can effectively solve the dynamic power quality. The operating principle and the function of regulating devices based on custom power technology are analyzed, and the comparison among these devices is carried out.
