摘  要:为了解决同杆双回输电线路在一回运行、一回检修时,由于两回输电线路间的静电耦合和电磁耦合作用,在检修回路中会产生感应电压和感应电流,可能对正在检修的工作人员的安全造成危害,同时对接地开关的操作带来不利的影响的问题,对同杆双回线路感应电压、感应电流及其影响因素进行了实际计算和理论分析,带并补的同杆双回线路和部分同杆架设双回线路的感应电压和感应电流采用分布参数法、电磁感应理论等进行简要分析,最后对几条330kV同杆双回线路的感应电压、感应电流进行了现场实测和电磁暂态仿真计算,在此基础上提出了检修人员应需全套屏蔽服、采用地电位作业的检修防护措施。When one of double circuit transmission lines is in operation and the other is for examining and repair, induced voltage and current will occur on the latter line which is derived from electrostatic and electromagnetic coupling. Theoretical analysis of induced voltage and induced current between two circuits on same tower has been introduced in this paper. Induced voltage and induced current on shunt compensated double transmission lines and segment double-circuit transmission lines have been also analyzed. At last field test and EMTP calculation of induced voltage and induced current on 330 kV double-circuit transmission lines have been presented. At last, protection method for examine and repair is discussed. It's proved that induced voltage is mainly electrostatic coupling when both ends of the de-energized line are not grounded; induced voltqage is mainly electromagnetic coupling and induced current is mainly electrostatic coupling when one ends of the de-energized line is grounded and the other is not; induced current is mainly electromagnetic coupling when both ends of the de-energized line are grounded.
