经轻胶囊对肝郁雌性大鼠神经递质作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究经轻胶囊治疗肝郁证大鼠的作用机制。方法:将雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、经轻胶囊组,每组10只。除正常组外的大鼠用绷带束缚大鼠四肢,外加束缚桶进行造模。观察各组大鼠一般情况、阴道脱落细胞,并用荧光分光光度法检测大鼠中枢单胺类神经递质NE、DA、5-HT的含量。结果:与正常组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠的一般情况变差,体重减轻,NE、DA的含量明显升高。与模型组比较,经轻胶囊组大鼠的一般情况明显好转,NE、DA的含量明显降低。3组大鼠之间,5-HT的含量无明显差异。结论:经轻胶囊能降低NE、DA的含量,这可能是其治疗肝郁证的作用机制。Objective：To study the therapeutic mechanism of Jingqing capsule on female rats with depression of Liver-Qi. Methods：Female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group and Jingqing capsule group（n=10）. The model rats were induced by binding up rat＇s limbs and putting them into special barrels. The general conditions, vaginal exfoliate cell were observed,the contents of neurotransmitter NE,DA and 5-HT in brain stem were detected by fluorospectrophotometry. Result： Compared with normal group, the general 7comlitions of model group rats became worse,body weights were lightened,the contents of neurotransmitter NE,DA in brain stem were increased obviously. Compared with modle group,the general conditions of model group rats became better,the contents of NE and DA in brain stem were decreased obviously. The 5-HT content among three groups have no significant difference. Conclusion： Jingqing capsule could alleviate symptoms of female rats with depression of Liver-Qi through decreasing the contents of NE and DA.
