摘　　要：总结了国家煤检中心实施的2006年中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)4个能力验证计划情况,主要包括能力验证的作用和要求、测试样品的制备和均匀性检验、稳健统计方法3个方面内容。This paper summarized the 4 proficiency testing plans of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment （CNAS） carried out by the National Coal Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Implementation of year 2006, mainly including role and requirements of proficiency testing, homogeneity and stability of samples used for proficiency testing, statistic treatment of proficiency testing results and performance evaluation.
