摘 要:目的探讨高职学生心理健康状况的影响因素,为心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用逐步回归分析对有关心理健康状况影响因素进行筛选。结果高职学生SCL-90总均分的影响因素主要为年龄、经历过重大事件、上学期平均成绩、判断人生价值的标准、母亲文化程度、大学生就业形势、如何实现人生价值、希望工作后月收入、每月生活费。结论高职学生的心理健康影响因素是多因素,在高职学院进行心理健康教育时应同时开展政治思想和就业指导教育。Objective To explore the intluendng factors of mental health status in higher vocational students in order to provide science bases for mental health education. Methods The influencing factors of relative mental health status were selected by stepwise regression analysis. Results The main intluendng factors of SCL - 90 total average scores in higher vocational students were age, experience of great affairs, average scorns in last term, values of life, education degrees of the mother, the employment status, how to realize the life values, expected wage after work, and rest of living. Conclusions The intluencing factors of mental health status in higher vocational students were multiple. While mental health education is carried out, the political education and employment guidance are also necessary.
