摘 要:[目的]探讨胰岛素和瘦素与肥胖的关系及试验减肥对肥胖青少年学生胰岛素和瘦素抵抗的作用。[方法]120名肥胖青少年学生,采用有氧运动、合理饮食、行为矫正等疗法进行为期10个月的减肥活动,用放射免疫方法测定试验前、后血瘦素、胰岛素的变化。[结果]肥胖青少年学生胰岛素和瘦素水平明显高于正常同龄人,胰岛素和瘦素的水平与肥胖的程度呈正相关,减肥后胰岛素和瘦素水平明显回降。[结论]肥胖青少年学生体内存在胰岛素和瘦素抵抗作用,试验减肥能改善肥胖青少年学生体内胰岛素和瘦素抵抗作用,从而起到调节异常内分泌代谢的作用。[Objective ] To investigate the effect of experimental reducing fat on leptin resistance and insulin resistance in adolecent students with simple obesity. [ Methods] 120 adolecent students with simple obesity accepted the reducing weight therapy including aerobic exercise, reasonable diet, behavior modification for ten months. The changes of blood leptin and insulin were examined pre- and post-treaunent by radio-immunity. [ Results] The leptin and insulin level were significantly higher in obese subjects than that in normal subjects, and the leptin and insulin level decreased obviously after experimental reducing fat. [Conclusions] There exist leptin resistance and insulin resistance in adolecent students with simple obesity. The experimental reducing fat can improve leptin resistance and insulin resistance, and plays an important role in modifying the metabolic disorder.
