社区老年人生活质量的模糊综合评定模型及其应用

摘　　要：[目的]给出评价老年人生活质量的一种新方法—模糊综合评价法。[方法]利用统计方法筛选出影响老年人生活质量的主要因素,并用层次分析法(AHP)确定各因素的权重,然后给以出评价老年人生活质量的一种新方法—模糊综合评价法。[结果]完善了老年人生活质量的评价方法,并用此方法对不同人群老年人的生活质量进行评价。[结论]该生活质量评价方法充分考虑了生活质量评价中标准的模糊性和主观的幸福感、满意感和满足感所具有的模糊性,更科学、准确。[Objective] To provide a new method of evaluating the old people＇s quality of life-fuzzy synthetic evaluation. [Methods] The main factors affected the old peoplo＇s quality of life were screened out by statistical method, then the weights of the factors were evaluated with the method of analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, and then the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was established. [ Results] Fuzzy synthetic evaluation perfected the method of evaluating the old peoples＇ quality of life, and was used to evaluate the quality of life for different groups of old people. [Conclusions] Fuzzy synthetic evaluation gives consideration to the fuzziness of evaluation criterion, the feeling of happiness, contentment and satisfaction, and gets more scientific and veracious.
