波尔山羊人工授精率影响因素研究

摘　　要：对波尔山羊精液不同的常温稀释液配方、稀释倍数、不同输精量的受胎效果和不同季节的射精量变化等影响因素进行了研究，结果表明：稀释液配方C在48h精子活力保存为0．34，在52h活力仍然达到0．3级以上；稀释比例上在1：4—1：19范围内，其情期受精效果较好，受精率为87．36％-89．88％；精液按1：9倍比例稀释后，输精量在0．15～0．05mL时，对受胎效果影响不大；同时，季节和采精时间间隔对射精量影响研究表明：波尔山羊公羊1次射精量约为0．68mL，季节变化和采精时间间隔在1、2、3、4d范围内对射精量的影响不显著（P〉0．05）。In order to research the influencing factors of artificial insemination in the bucks of Boer goats,the experiment examined the insemination effect of the different sperm dosages,the different formulas of dilnter-sperm and the different sperm dilution levels,and also researched the Insemination effect on varietied sperm in different seasons. The results indicated that the sperm motility was 0.34 after treated 48 h in formula C, and the sperm motility still above on 0.30. Also there was a good effect of oestrus during the rate of sperm-dilution 1 ： 4 to 1 ： 19. the rate of fertilization was 87.36 % - 89.88 %. However,The dosage of sperm at 0. 15 - 0.05 mL levels which was diluted on 1 ： 9, there had no effect on fertilization. The results of research on the effect of the different seasons and intervals on semen-ejaculations indicated that the volume of semen of bucks was 0. 68 mL at once. In addition ,during the range of 1 to 4 d ,the influence of the different seasons and intervals were indistinctive （P 〉0.05）.
