摘  要:热喷涂是提高材料耐磨性和耐蚀性的有效技术,近几年得到快速发展。新的喷涂技术以及新型涂层不断涌现,并在各行业开展了广泛的应用性研究。本文综述了热喷涂技术在铁路工程构件上的一些应用性研究,其中包括车轴、制动盘、活塞环、铁路桥梁等。同时,对近几年热喷涂热点研究方向——热喷涂非晶涂层、纳米涂层以及非晶纳米晶复合涂层的发展进行阐述,并对先进热喷涂技术在铁路行业的进一步应用进行展望。Thermal spraying is an effective technique to improve wear and corrosion resistances of materials. This technique has developed rapidly in recent years. New spraying techniques and new spraying coatings have come forth continuouslly. This paper reviews their applications in railway engineering, such as in railway axles, brake discs, piston rings, railway bridges and so on. The recent research hotspots of thermal spraying are also reviewed, including the spraying amorphous coating, nanostructured coating and amorphous-nanocrystalline composite coating. Moreover, this paper looks forward into the prospects for further application of advanced thermal spraying techniques in the railway industry.
