摘　　要：本文以传统图书馆为立足点，以信息的获取传递为视角，简要介绍Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ强大的信息功能，揭示Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ推动全球图书馆电子化的总趋势，论述Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ对图书馆的影响，最后笔者列举结论以表明图书馆应采用的对策．This paper is based on the tradional libraries and takes acquisition andtronsmission of information as its angle of view. It introduces the common funstion ofInternet, analises the recent developments in science and technology of some famous international libraries and discusses the influence of internet on libraries. At the end ofthe paper, the author silts his conclusions to make known the countermeasures librariesshould take.
