摘　　要：研究了一种压电振子电学性能自动测试系统,系统通过对压电振子频率-阻抗关系的测量得到压电振子的谐振频率、品质因数和机电耦合系数等电学参数。阻抗测量采用矢量电压法,其中包括自动平衡电桥测量阻抗1、0 kHz^5 MHz频率合成、相敏鉴波和双斜A/D转换等技术。系统可对压电振子的电学参数进行快速自动测量,测试精度达到国标要求,性价比高。A kind of piezoelectric vibrator test system for the electric parameters was studied, This system can test the resonant frequency, quality factor and electromechanical coupling coefficient of piezoelectric vibrator by measuring the relation of Frequency-Impedance of piezoelectric vibrator. The impedance measurement is completed by vector voltage method, including the technologies of testing impedance using auto-balance bridge, 10 kHz- 5 MHz frequency synthesis, phasicdetection and dual-integral A/D transforming. This system can automatically test the electric parameters of piezoelectric vibrator rapidly, and its basic precision is proper. The results show that it＇s a kind of high performance-price ratio electrical instrument.
