摘　　要：提出了利用求解检测点所对应的渐开线起始角的方法来评价涡旋体的线轮廓度误差，建立了数学模型，编制了求解线轮廓度误差的通用程序．经实际应用证实，该方法简便、快速，具有实用价值．A new method of calculating the profile error of scroll wrap has been proposed. The key point of this method is resolving the start angle of the involute of measure point. In the meantime, the mathematics model and the calculation program have been developed. Being used in reality, this method runs simply, quickly and economically.
