HPLC法测定清热合剂中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm,对清热合剂中葛根素含量进行了测试。结果表明,葛根素的含量与峰面积线性关系良好,葛根素的平均加样回收率为99.5%、RSD为1.24%。该方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于清热合剂的质量控制。Puerarin in Qingre Mistura was determined by HPLC using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm ）column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （15 ： 85）, detection wave length was 250 nm. The results showed that the linear range was 10480 μg · mL^-1 and the average recovery of puerarin was 99. 5%（RSD=1. 24% ,n =6）. The method was simple,accurate and could be used to control the quality of Qingre Mistura.
