脑脉舒胶囊的药效学试验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑脉舒胶囊用于缺血性中风恢复期的药效学机制。方法对脑脉舒胶囊进行与功能主治相关的主要药效学实验研究。结果脑脉舒胶囊可明显减轻缺血再灌注脑组织含水量,减轻细胞间质水肿和神经细胞的损伤,对脑缺血再灌注所致脑组织超微结构的破坏也有明显的保护作用;能明显减小体外形成血栓的长度,显著降低血栓的湿重和干重,明显降低血小板表面活性和聚集性;能明显延长小鼠凝血时间。结论试验结果表明,脑脉舒胶囊具有良好的活血化瘀通络的功效。OBJECTIVE Detecting the pharmacological mechanism of Naomaishu Capsules in ischemic stroke. METHODS Naomaishu Capsules for the treatment of themain functions and pharmacodynamic study. RESULTS Naomaishu Capsules can significantly reduce the water content of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, it can also reduce cell nerve cells damage and interstitial edema, on the ultrastructure of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion-induced brain damage it also has a significant protection role. The length of thrombus formation in vitro can be significantly reduced and the wet and dry weights of thromboxane can be significantly lower, and it was also the same to surface activity and aggregation of platelet; Clotting time of mice blood can be significantly prolonged. CONCLUSION The results showed that Naomaishu Capsules had a good effect of Huoxue and Tongluo.
