摘　　要：金属热镀锌及锌铝合金是增加材料抗腐蚀性能,提高材料自身保护的一种实用的手段。对于线材产品,实现在热镀锌过程中作业的连续化、控制的智能化、对于日渐激烈的市场竞争有十分重要的意义。文章根据当前国内外在热镀锌和锌铝合金领域的最新动态,结合实际生产中的具体情况,对线材连续热镀锌、锌铝合金生产中关键设备和技术应用,及对线材在热浸镀领域的发展方向做了系统综述。Hot-dip galvanizing and zinc-aluminium alloy is the means to enhance resistance to corrosion protection of metal materials. It is important to realize continuation and intelligent control for hot-dip galvanizing process in the increasingly fierce market competition of wire products. Combined with the latest dynamic trend of hot-dip galvanizing and zinc-aluminium alloy at home and abroad and the actual production situation, the key equipment and technical application of continuous hot-dip galvanizing and zinc-aluminium alloy production line for wire products and the development trends are summed up.
