摘　　要：根据科技研究的特点，提出了科技成果的生产量与投入要素之间的函数关系，并结合希克斯（Ｈｉｃｋｓ）包括技术进步的生产函数，求出了科技与经济相互作用的动态模型，从而在理论上论证了科技与经济相互影响。Based on characteristics of science & technology research,this paper provides a production function for the amount of science & technology,that is,the relationship between the amount of science & technology production and its investing factors,and further gets a dynamic model of the interaction between science & technology and economy by using the Hicks production function with technology progress.
