摘　　要：企业之间的竞争已从企业与企业之间的竞争发展到企业网络与企业网络之间的竞争,网络中企业与合作者间长期互动累积的社会资本大大降低了企业与合作者间的协调成本,导致专业化分工合作在广度和深度上的扩展和个体创新能力的提高.技术路线图作为一种有效的技术规划工具,通过构建企业间互动学习的平台,促进了创新知识的流动,从而降低了创新风险与成本.The competition among firms has been turned from the competition of ＂firm to firm＂ to the competition of ＂firm network to firm network＂. The social capital that incrementally accumulated through the longterm on-going interaction between firm and its networking partners significantly reduces the coordination/in- teraction costs between firm and its interlocked networking partners, not only leads to the specialized knowledge division based on the division of labour to extend both from the breadth and depth, but also eventually tend to improve the abilities of the individuals to innovate more crcatively. Technology roadmapping is e- merged as a new tool of technology planning and management, which has improved the innovation knowledge flow and thus makes the risk and cost of innovation be lower on the interactive learning platform among the firms.
