摘　　要：从供应链知识管理的内涵、供应链中知识管理的热点问题、供应链中知识管理的实现以及知识管理与供应链绩效的关系等几个方面对国外供应链知识管理的研究进行论述,以期拓展我国供应链知识管理的研究领域,为企业进行知识管理实践提供指导和帮助.Along with the fact that knowledge is becoming the key recourse for affecting the operating efficiency of whole supply chain, the academicians and enterprises gradually pay attention to the problems on knowledge management （KM） in supply chain （SC）. It gives a detailed review on the researches of KM in SC from following aspects： the meaning of KM in SC, the hotspet problems of KM in SC, the implementation of KM in SC, the relationship between KM and the performance of SC. In the purpose of summarizing the related scope of researches in this field, it puts forward some suggestions for enterprises practice.
