基于创新型国家战略目标下的我国大学技术转移模式

摘　　要：《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》明确提出把建设创新型国家作为我国面向未来的重大战略选择.大学是我国培养高层次创新人才的重要基地,是实现技术转移的生力军,更是建设创新型国家的重要组成部分.基于创新型国家的内涵,介绍了大学技术转移的基本概念以及我国大学技术转移状况,阐述了大学技术转移对建设创新型国家的必要性,系统研究了大学转移的模式,提出了促进大学技术转移的对策建议.Mid ＆ long-term plan and program for national science and technology development （2006-- 2020） has brings forwards that forming innovative nation is the great strategic choice for China in the future. University is the important base for cultivating high level talents of innovation and power force to implement technology transfer. Most of all, a university is an important component of innovative country. Based on the connotation of innovation nation, it analyzes the conception for technology transfer and the developing status of university＇s technology transfer. Then it discusses the essential meaning for constructing innovative country. Afterwards, it analyzes various transfer patterns comparatively. Finally, it brings forward some policy and suggestions for promoting university＇s technology transfer.
