经济责任审计在促进政府治理中的作用

摘　　要：随着世界经济一体化进程的不断加快,我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,党的十六届三中全会提出了建设服务型政府目标。然而这一目标并不是一蹴而就的,需要我们根据中国的国情,逐步持续地加强政府机构改革力度,最终构建一个廉洁高效的服务型政府。伴随着我国经济体制和政治体制改革的进程产生并逐步发展起来的经济责任审计在这一过程中将会扮演重要的角色。本文以政府治理的目标为主线,提出了经济责任审计在促进政府治理过程中的作用。The 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal that constructing the government with oublic service characteristics. We have to strengthen the government reforming in order to achieve the goal, in witch the economic responsibility audit will play an important role.
