摘　　要：本文对殷墟近80年的发掘总了阶段划分,对每一阶段的收获作了简要的回顾。在此基础上,重点对殷墟以后的发掘提出自已的看法,认为随着殷墟列入《世界文化遗产名录》,殷墟将得到更加完善地保护,殷墟的发掘也随之有着更强的针对性和主动性。This paper compartmentalizes the 80 years＇ digging of Yin Ruins into several phases, and looks back the harvest in different phase. The author puts forwards the ideas on the future digging and thinks that Yin ruin will be perfectly protected and the digging will have more pertinence and activeness through Yin Ruins＇ entering the List of World Cultural Legacy.
