摘　　要：合模力是塑料注射成型机的一项重要技术参数,准确测量合模力不仅是检验产品合格与否的重要方法,也是分析机构的受力状况,验证设计计算的重要依据。介绍了利用应变电测原理及技术测量合模力的方法,并具体阐述应变片的布置和桥接方法以及消除测量误差提高测量精度的措施,为测量注塑机合模力提供了一种有效方法。The clamp force is an important technical parameter of plastic injection molding machine. A method to test clamp force according to electro-test theory and technic was introduced. And the methods to place strain foil and connect electro-bridge were illustrated. The measures to avoid measurement error and improve measurement accuracy were also presented. An effective way was offered to test clamp force.
