摘 要:目的研究皮质醇在促甲状腺激素(TSH)调节甲状腺细胞功能中的作用。方法采用细胞原代培养技术,检测不同浓度皮质醇(HC)对TSH刺激的甲状腺细胞摄碘能力和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力的影响。结果皮质醇在10—500nmo]/L浓度时可促进1U/L的TSH刺激的甲状腺细胞对碘的摄取,增强Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的活力,且成剂量依赖性;但当皮质醇的浓度达到一定范围(1000nmo]/L),其对TSH效应的促进作用不再随着浓度的升高而增强。结论皮质醇与TSH对甲状腺细胞钠/碘转运体(NIS)功能具有协同促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of cortisol on the ability of thyrotropin to regulate the function of porcine thyroid cells. Methods Thyroid cells obtained from porcine were cultured in a monolayer system. The uptake of iodide assay was used to detect the function of NIS in normal thyroid cells. Changes of the Na^+-K^+-ATPase were observed, which related to NIS. Results Cortisol in 10 500nM can encourage TSH - increased the iodide uptake and Na^+-K^+-- ATPase vigor of thyroid cell in dose -dependent manner, but when the dosage reached certain density (1000nM) , this promotion no longer strengthened along with the increase of density. Conclusions Cortisol and TSH have synergistic effect with thyrotropin.
