摘  要:目的:探讨超声测值口算法预测胎儿体重的可行性。材料和方法:对230例胎儿的头围、腹围、进行超声测量。参照出生时体重对比分析口算法和公式法预测胎儿体重的准确性。结果:口算法预测体重与出生体重符合184例,符合率占84%;公式法预测体重与出生体重符合200例,符合率占86.8%,两种方法误差分析无显著差异。结论:口算法与公式法比较预测胎儿体重的准确性无显著差异,但口算法方法简单,更具临床实用性。Purpose: A simplified estimation predicting the body weight of fetus based on ultrasonic measuring values was introduced in the current study. Materials and Methods: Ultrasonography was employed to measure the circumferences of head and abdomen of 230 fetus. Then the body weight of the fetus was estimated by a simplified algorism, and by a classical fetal-mass calculation formula. The estimated values was verified by the real birth weights of those neonates. Results: The estimation by the simplified method was consistent with the birth weight in 184 cases, with coincidence rate of 84% ; while classical formula obtained correct prediction in 200 cases (86.8%). There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion: The simplified estimation based on ultrasonic measurements was feasible in predicting the body weight of a fetus.
