摘 要:用免疫组织化学(ABC)方法,观察了含NPY、含CGRP和含SP神经在自发性高血压大鼠脑底动脉的变化.结果表明,和对照用的京都Wistar大鼠相比,含NPY神经在脑底动脉环吻侧的密度略低,而尾侧略高;自发性高血压大鼠大脑前动脉和大脑后动脉含NPY神经纵行纤维密度比对照大鼠低,而环行纤维密度比对照大鼠高.自发性高血压大鼠脑底动脉含SP和含CGRP神经的密度均比对照大鼠低.本文对上述变化的意义进行了讨论.In this study, the irnmunohistochemistry ABC technique was used to investigate the changes of NPY-, CGRP-, SP-IRnerve fibers in the entire Willis circle of the Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats (SHR). The results showed that in SHR thedensities of NPY-IR nerves on the rostal part of the Willis circle were higher and that on the caudal part of the circle werelower than that in normal control Wistar-Kyoto(wky) rats. In the anterior cerebral arteries (ACA) and posterior cerebralarteries(PCA) of SHR, the densities of NPY-IR nerve fibers running longitudinally were higher and that of NPY-IR nerveibers running spirally were lower than that in ACA and PCA of WKY rats. The densities of SP-IR and CGRP-IR nervesfibers in Willis circles of SHR were lower than that of WKY rats. The article discussed the significance of the differences ofpeptide containing nerves in cerebral arteries between SHR and WKY rats.
