银杏叶提取物对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清纤维化指标及细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo Biloba extract,EGb)对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标及细胞因子的影响。方法60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组(一般保肝治疗+EGb组)和对照组(一般保肝治疗组),治疗前后检测肝功能,用放射免疫法检测血清肝纤维化指标,Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CIV)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN),应用ELISA法检测血清PAF、S-ICAM、TGF-β1。结果治疗组治疗后血清PCⅢ、CIV、HA、LN、TGF-β1及PAF水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物通过影响慢性乙型肝炎患者血清细胞因子、PAF、TGF-β1发挥抗肝纤维化作用。Objective To evaluate the influence of Ginko Biloba Eixtract（ EGb761 ） on hepatic fibrosis indices and cytokines in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into EGb761 treatment group and control group. Serum precollagen type Ⅲ, Ⅳ-type collagen, hyaluronate（ HA ） , laminin （ LN ） , transforming growth factor-β1 （ TGF-β1 ） , plstelet activating factor（ PAF ） and ICAM levels were measured by speciflc-ELISA and RIA before and after the treatment. Results After treatment,Senun precollagon type Ⅲ, Ⅳ-type collagen, hyaluronate （HA）, 1 aminin （LN） levels and PAF, TGF-β1 levels in EGb761 treatment group decreased significantly, While there were no difference in thoee of control group before and after treatment. Collclusion EGb 761 can influence the levels of cytokines in patient with CHB and have anti-fibrosis effect on liver.
