高效液相色谱法测定大黄及含大黄中成药中番泻甙A的含量

摘　　要：本文报道了用高效液相色谱法分离测定大黄及其制剂中番泻甙A的含量。色谱住为Hibar Cica-Merck NH_2柱(4.6×250mm);流动相:乙腈-水-36％乙酸(65:35:4),340nm检测,外标定量。结果表明,建立的方法完全适用于大黄及含大黄制剂中番泻甙A的含量测定。In this paper a high performance liquid chromatograpic method is descrbed for the determination of sennoside A in Chinese rhubarb and its preparation. The sample solutioin was analysed by a Hibar Cica-Merck NH2(4. 6×250mm)colum with acetonitrile: water:36% acetic acid (65 :35 : 1) as mobile phase,using a UV-detector at 340 nm. External standard method was used for the determination. The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate and can be used for qualitative analysis of Chinese rhubarb and its preparaions.
