强直性脊柱炎附着点炎的X线分析

摘　　要：目的探讨强直性脊柱炎附着点炎的x线平片特点，提高对其x线表现的认识。方法对70例临床确诊的强直性脊柱炎附着点炎的x线平片进行回顾性分析，总结其主要x线表现。结果70例强直性脊柱炎附着点炎的主要x线表现为肌腱、韧带与骨附着处骨皮质模糊、变薄，皮质下囊变、侵蚀破坏，骨质增生硬化，局部骨化呈花边状或粗胡须状。结论强直性脊柱炎附着点炎的x线表现有一定特征性，认识这些表现，对于临床强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断与治疗有一定价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic features of enthesopathy in ankylosing spondylitis in plain X-ray films. Methods The X-ray features of 70 cases with enthesopathy in ankylosing spondylitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The main X-ray findings of these cases were subcortex cystic degenerative erosion, destruction of cortex, osteosclersis, lace-like or coarse bearded ossification at entheses. Conclusion The X-ray features of enthesopathy in ankylosing spondylitis are characteristic. The identification of these findings has some value for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
