破坏乙肝病毒中草药筛选方法的研究──乙肝病毒颗粒模型的建立

摘　　要：乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒引起的严重传染病。本文建立了乙肝病毒颗粒模型，并应用于中草药破坏乙肝病毒的筛选，证明标准品大黄（含生药ｌｇ／ｍｌ）抗乙肝病毒可达到１：１６０以上，且不受ｐＨ影响，证明该模型稳定、简便，可应用于大量破坏乙肝病毒中草药的筛选。Hepititis B is a serious infectious disease caused by Hepititis B virus(HBV).The HBV particle model was set up to screen the Traditinal Chinese Herbs destroying HBV.It was proved that the titre of the standard Rheum paltnatum L.destroying HBV can reach 1:160 and don't effected by PH.Themodel is simple and convenient,stable,can be used to the screening of alarge nember of Herbs destroying HBV.
