摘 要:采用在20钢上复合电镀Ni-Y_2O_3层后再扩散渗铝的方法,得到了Y_2O_3改性的渗Al复合层,并对渗层氧化性能进行了试验研究。SEM及EDXA观察结果表明,经Y_2O_3改性的渗层,Y2O3颗粒均匀分布于渗层中,且表面铝含量达到30.65%。不连续氧化和循环氧化试验的结果表明,其抗高温氧化性能明显提高,分别为纯铝渗层的2.5倍和3倍。A Y2O3-modified aluminizing coating was formed on 20 steel by a process of two steps:the first is composite electrodeposition of Ni and Y2O3 particles, followed by the second of aluminizing on the Ni-Y2O3 composite using pack cementation method,and the oxidation resistance of the coating was studied.The results of SEM and EDXA show that the grain of Y2O3 is symmetrical distributed in the coating via Y2O3 modified,and the content of AI on the surface is up to 30.65%. Meanwhile,the high temperature oxidation resistance of discontinuous oxidation and cyclical oxidation is improved markedly, which is 2.5 and 3 times than the sample aluminized only,respectively.
