摘  要:利用扫描电镜分析了AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化膜的组织形貌,对氧化膜硬度及摩擦学行为进行了研究。结果表明:微弧氧化膜能显著提高镁合金基体的硬度和抗磨性能,但其摩擦系数较镁合金基体高。涂层厚度对涂层的减摩性能影响较小,但对其抗磨性能影响较大,并存在提高抗磨性能的最佳涂层厚度。涂层的磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和剥层磨损。The microstructure of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coating on AZ91D magnesium alloy was analyzed by SEM. The hardness and tribological behavior of MAO coating was also studied. The results show that the MAO coating may evidently improve the hardness and anti-wear performance of magnesium alloy matrix, but its friction coefficient is higher than that of matrix. The thickness of the coating has slight effect on friction-redncing properties but remarkable effect on anti-wear performance, there is an optimum coating thickness to improve anti-wear performance. The main wear mechanisms of the coating are abrasive wear and delamination wear.
