摘  要:采用热影响区最高硬度及斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验对Q420低合金高强钢的冷裂纹敏感性进行了试验研究,并选用多种焊接材料进行了熔敷金属性能及金相组织的分析比较。结果表明,Q420B及Q420C钢的抗冷裂性较好,当环境温度在0℃以上时,二者均可不预热进行焊接;当环境温度在0℃以下时,前者建议预热100~150℃,后者可不预热。焊接材料:SMAW焊条可采用50级或55级;GMAW和SAW焊丝宜选用55级。The cold-crack sensibility of low-alloy high-strength steel Q420 was tested and studied by using maximum hardness in weld heat-affected zone and Y-groove depositing test, the deposit metal microstructure and property was analyzed by selecting many kinds of welding electrodes.The results show that the cold-crock resistant behaviour of Q420B and Q420C steel is good,when the environment temperature is over 0℃ ,both of them are not required to preheat in the welding;when the environment temperature is below 0℃ ,Q420B steel must be preheatat at 100- 150℃ ,but Q420C steel need't.The welding electrode materials:using graed 5o or 55 in SMAW, and the welding wire using grade 55 in GMAW and SAW.
