超声在中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究排卵障碍性不孕患者通过中西医结合药物诱导排卵时,超声监测卵泡发育及排卵的临床价值。方法:对86例排卵障碍性不孕患者应用彩超仪进行观察分析,从月经第10天开始监测卵泡发育,重点观察卵巢内卵泡的大小、数目、形态、生长速度,判断排卵日,指导临床治疗。结果:中西医结合治疗组排卵成功率86.0%,妊娠率62.2%;对照组排卵成功率74.4%,妊娠率43.8%,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用超声监测卵泡发育,可准确判断药物诱导排卵时卵泡的有无、生长发育情况及排卵时间,并指导临床用药及性交时机,减少和避免卵泡过度刺激而产生的并发症。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of Ultrasound in therapy ovulation barrier sterie by integrating traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods： The growth oocytes of 86 cases with ovulation barrier sterile were observed by color Ultrasound from the tenth day of catamenia, the size, number, shape and its speeding of growth were emphasis detected, in order to estimate the time of ovulation and guidance the clinical therapy. Results： The succeed rate of ovulation and pregnancy in therapy group and control group were 86.0%, 62.2% and 74.4%, 43.8% respectively, the difference between two groups was statistically dinstinct. Conclusion：That the oocyte and its growth, the time of ovulation can be detected exactly by Ultrasound during ovulation are induced by medicine, which can guide the medicine therapy and the time of coition. There is clinical significance to disease of sterility.
