摘 要:从海南红树林的海泥和海藻样品中分离得到26株具有细胞毒活性的放线菌(Actinomycetes),根据其形态学特征、生理生化特性及16SrDNA序列分析结果,确定菌株0617230属于小单孢菌属(Micromonospora),与Micromonosporaechinospora的相似性为97%。其余25株菌株属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces),其中菌株050643与其亲缘关系最近的Streptomycesviolaceolatus的相似性仅为96%;菌株061342与其亲缘关系最近的Streptomyceskasug-aensis、Streptomyceskasugaensis、Streptomycesmorookaensis的相似性仅为95%;菌株061303等11株菌株与其亲缘关系最近的Streptomyceskasugaensis、Streptomyceskasugaensis、Streptomycesmorookaensis的相似性仅为95%;因此它们可能是新种。The cytotoxic activity substance producing by 26 strains of Actinomyces, isolated from sea mud and seaweed samples collected in Mangrove of Hainan, China. Based on the polyphasic studies, physiological and biochemical characteristics, chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain 0617230 was proposed as known species of genus Micromonospora and it was highest similar of 97 % to Micromonospora echinospora. Other 25 strains were proposed as known species of genus Streptomyces, among them, strain 050643 was highest similar of 96% to Streptomyces violaceolatus; strain 061342 was highest similar of 95% to Streptomyces kasugaensis,Streptomyces kasugaensis and Streptomyces morookaensis; strain 061303 and other 11 strains were highest similar of 95% to Streptomyces kasugaensis ,Streptomyces kasugaensis,Streptomyces morookaensis. So them were suggested to be novel Streptomyces. Spp. nov.
