奥运会与通货膨胀的机理研究

摘　　要：奥运会是否会引发举办地的通货膨胀问题,一直是事件研究领域内争论的问题,实证研究的结果也存在差异性。本文从经济学理论的角度分析和研究了奥运会引发通货膨胀的可能性,指出奥运会引发通货膨胀的根源在于奥运会的刚性引至性需求增加导致奥运周期内资源供给的不足,并提出了在奥运周期内适度增加供给的原则,这对奥运会举办地房地产价格上涨的研究具有一定理论和现实参考意义。Whether Olympic game will cause an inflation of the host-region or not, has been controversial problem in the event research field, the evidences also exists difference. This paper analyzes and studies the Olympic game to cause the possibility of the inflation from the economics theories, points out the Olympic game cause the inflation lies in the shortage of supply that the Olympic game leads to the inducing demand increment in the Olympics period rigidly. Putting forward the appropriate increment supply of the principle in the Olympic period. The results have the theories and realistic meaning to the research of host-region estate price level.
