T形硅胶管在喉气管狭窄整复术中的应用

摘　　要：应用T形硅胶管对42例由各种原因所致的喉气管狭窄病人进行了治疗。病人年龄9～57岁;男33例,女9例。治疗结果认为T形管在维持喉气管通道中方法简单可靠。优点有:易插入,不影响外观,易护理,不影响喉气管功能。在分期拔除T形管后有90％的病人改善了通气,解除了喉狭窄。Forty two patients with laryngotracheal stenosis caused by various reasons have been treated with safe insertion of tracheal silicone T-tube since 1983. Their ages ranged from 9 to 57 years;SS were males,and 9 females. Our findings indicate that the silicone tracheal T-tube is a simple and reliable method of maintaining the laryngotracheal airway. Advantages of the silicone T-tube include ease of insertion,the inconspicuous nature of the T-tube itself,the ease of care, and the maintenance of laryngeal and tracheal functions. We have obtained 90 per cent (38/42)improvement as regards airway establishment after removing T-tube by stages.
