摘　　要：为加强对机车乘务员操作情况的自动考评,通过对列车运行监控记录装置的运行记录文件进行自动分析,能准确地发现存在的问题和不足,可提升机车运用水平和对乘务员的管理水平。阐述了已投入使用的分析软件(操作评分自动管理系统WEB版)的主要功能和实现方案。To strengthen the automatic evaluation of the crew operations, automatic analysis is done to the running record documents of the train running monitor and record device so as to find out the problems and defects existing and to improve the locomotive operation quality and management of the crew. Main functions and realization scheme is explained for the analysis software （automatic management system of operation evaluation version WEB） already put into operation.
