摘　　要：本文介绍了电渣炉自动控制系统，通过对电渣重熔原理进行分析，采用测试法建立熔炼过程的数学模型，以实现对熔炼电流的定值控制，使金属熔滴能够均匀地从电极顶部脱落，获得结晶组织均匀致密的钢锭。This article introduces an automatic control system of electroslag furnace. By analyzing the electroslag remehing principle and establishing the mathematical model of melting process by means of the test method, the constant value control of smelting current is realized so that metal molten drops come off from the electrode top uniformly, producing steel ingots with uniform, fine and close crystalline structure.
