复方山楂果茶对高脂血症大鼠血浆ＴＸＡ２及ＰＧＩ２水平的影响

摘　　要：高脂饮食饲养成年雄性Wistar大鼠8周建立高脂血症动物模型后,以复方山楂果茶20ml/d喂饲高脂饮食大鼠4周,结果发现:果茶治疗组大鼠前列腺素(PGI2)明显高于高脂对照组,而血浆血栓素A2(TXA2)与PGI2比值明显低于高脂对照组。果茶治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)明显下降。提示山楂果茶对高脂血症TXA2/PGI2平衡异常有调节作用。The study was conducted to investigate the curative effects of Composite Hawthorn Fruit Liquor (CHFL) on plasma prostacyclin and thromboxane in experimental hyperlipidemic rats during a period of 4 weeks. The results showed that levels of plasma prostacyclin (PGI_2) in CHFL group were markedly higher than these in rats fed with high-fat diet (HFD) only, the ratio of plasma thromboxane (TXA_2) to PG1_2 (TXA_2/PGI_2) in CHFL group were markedly lower than these in HFD group. Concentrations of total cholesteral (TC) in Serum, triglyceride(TG) and lipid peroxides(LPO) of rats fed with CHFL were significantly less as compared with these of rats in HFD group. This study seemed to reveal that CHFL have effects on regu lating TXA_2/PG1_2 in experimental hyperlipidemic rats.
