摘　　要：目的评价低温等离子消融术治疗鼻塞的临床效果。方法选择下鼻甲肥大并且对药物治疗效差及不愿长期药物治疗的慢性鼻炎患者,通过观察微波与低温等离子消融术随机治疗2组鼻塞病人的临床恢复过程,评价其临床疗效。结果低温等离子射频消融术具有治疗方便、手术操作简便、痛苦小、出血少、术后不需要鼻腔填塞、并发症少、恢复快、解除鼻塞效果明显。结论低温等离子消融术是治疗多种鼻炎引起的鼻塞的首选治疗方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of collation surgery in the treating the patients with nasal obstruction. Methods To observe the effect of the both micro- wave surgery and collation surgery.Results Collation surgery was convenient and simple; little bleeding, postoperation hadn＇ t to pack the nasal cavity; release nasal obstruction is very effective. Little complications. Conclusion Collation surgery is the best way of treating the varied rhinitis.
