摘 要:应用栲胶搭配三种合成鞣剂对山羊皮进行鞣制,发现栲胶搭配改性嗯唑烷鞣制能提高革收缩温度98℃以上,但所得革力学性能较差,无法达到山羊服装革的性能要求;栲胶搭配氨基树脂鞣剂鞣制所得革收缩温度能够超过85℃,革粒面较细致且富有弹性,抗张强度能达到山羊服装革的性能要求,但在撕裂强度和伸长率方面存在缺陷;栲胶搭配丙烯酸树脂鞣剂能有效改善革的撕裂强度,同时抗张强度也能达到山羊服装革的要求,得革较丰满,但收缩温度偏低,仅有83~84℃,并且伸长率方面同样存在缺陷。The shrinkage temperature of leather tanned with mimosa extract and Oxazolidine reached 98℃, but its physical test results were so bad that were not able to meet the requirement of goat clothing leather. Leather tanned with mimosa extract and amine resin syntan got the shrinkage temperature up to 85℃ and successfully meet the requirement of tensile strength of goat clothing leather with good grain and elasticity, but was weak at elongation ratio and tearing load. Tanning using mimosa extract and acrylic resin syntan could only raise shrinkage temperature to 83--4℃ but with bad elongation ratio although leather tanned in this way had good tensile strentgh and tearing load.
