体育治疗对慢性精神病人康复效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过集体体育项目和因人而异的个人体育项目提高病人的社交能力,增加病人的自信心。方法:根据病人的躯体和心理因素制定适合在院内实施的体育治疗方案。结果:运用以上体育治疗手段,完成了病人的康复治疗计划,延缓了慢性精神病人精神活动衰退。结论:体育治疗对慢性精神病人的精神活动确有明显改善,为病人早日回归社会打下良好的基础。Objective： The goal but the suitable individual sports project has exercised patient＇s public relations ability through the collective sports project and because of the person, increased patient＇s self- confidence. Methods： The method suits according to patient＇s body and the psychological factor formulation in the courtyard carries out the implementation the sports treatment plan. Results： Above the result utilizes the sports treatment method, completed the patient to be restorcd to health the treatment plan, delayed the chronic neurosis worldly person god activity decline. Conclusion： The conclusion sports treatment really has the distinct improvement to the chronic schizophrenia patient＇s spiritual activity, soon will be restored to health for the patient the return society to build the good foundation.
