摘　　要：目的:研究臂-视网膜循环时间与糖尿病中医症候之间的相关性,为糖尿病中医症候研究提供一种可量化的方法。方法:测取入选病员的TA-RC和中医症候得分并进行相关性分析。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变病情越重TA-RC越长,TA-RC与中医瘀血症得分呈正相关。结论:TA-RC可以为糖尿病中医症候研究提供一种可量化的方法,传统的中医症候的科学性可以被现代医学方法所证实。Objective： To study the correlation between time of blood circulate from arm to retina and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms, then to provide a quantietative method for the TCM symptoms study of diabetic patients. Methods： the TA-RC and of the dia- betic patients were measured respectively and then the correlation analysis between them was conducted, Results： Severer of the DR, longer of the TA-RC and TCM symptom scores have positive eorrelation. Conclusion： TA-RC could afford a quantitative method for the TCM symptoms study of diabetic patients. The science of the TCM symptoms can be confirmed by modern medical methods.
