五味地龙汤平喘作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨五味地龙汤对动物哮喘的作用。方法:采用组胺喷雾致豚鼠哮喘法,肺溢流法,豚鼠离体气管平滑肌过敏性收缩实验法,离体气管片法,豚鼠肺支气管灌流法进行试验。结果:五味地龙汤水煎液对喷入组胺致喘的豚鼠,能使其哮喘潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01),肺溢流量减少(P<0.01),能使豚鼠离体气管平滑肌过敏性收缩有非常显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),对给予组胺后的豚鼠离体气管片引起的收缩有非常显著的舒张作用(P<0.01),能使肺支气管灌流液流速加快,灌流量增加(P<0.01)。结论:五味地龙汤水煎液对由各种过敏介质引起的哮喘,有显著的抑制作用。这可能是因为其对在体、离体气管平滑肌均有松弛作用,并拮抗组胺等过敏介质对气道的炎性反应和具有激动体内β-受体和免疫系统,从而发挥其作用的。Objective ： To explore the effects and mechanisms of Sehisandra Fruit and Earthworm decoction on asthma in guinea pigs.Methods： It was used spraying way led up to allergic asthma with histamine and lung overflowing way in guinea pigs in vivo. Meantiome , it was taken allergic systole experiment in isolated trachea smooth muscle, isolated trachea smooth muscle slice way , lung and bronchus pouring way in guinea pigs in vitro.Results： The Sehisandra Fruit and Earthworm decoction could notably prolong the incubation period of asthma while the animals were sprayed with histamine and induced asthma （ P 〈 0.01 ） and decrease the volume of lung overflowing in guinea pigs in vivo （P 〈 0.01 ） .The decoction could markedly inhibit allergic systole of the trachea smooth muscle （ P 〈 0.01 ） , increase the pouring volume and velocity in the isolated lung and bronchus （ P 〈 0.01 ） and relax trachea smooth muscle slices （ P 〈 0.01） in guinea pigs in vitro. Conclusion： It is suggested that the Sehisandra Frit and Earthworm decoction could be an asthmatic inhibitor and has a notable inhibitory effect on asthma induced by allergic media. By reason of the decoction has a striking relaxation on trachea smooth muscle in guinea pigs in vlvo and in vitro. And yet it is possible that the decoction can antagonize iotqammatlon reaction of trachea passageway induced by allergic medlar activate β-receptor and immunity system in body and bring about relaxation of trachea smooth tousle into play.
