摘 要:目的 分析用化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)技术检测的乙肝两对半的模式特征。方法 用Architect i2000 SR全自动化学发光免疫分析仪对1010例血清标本进行乙肝两对半的定量检测,对于检测发现的少见模式(“1235”、“1245”、“1345”、“12345”)的38例标本再用ELISA法检测作对比分析。结果 CMIA法定量检测结果共15种模式,常见模式以“145”、“135”、“245”、“25”、“2”及全阴为主。ELISA法检测结果:少见模式中的“1345”主要表现为“145”;“1245”模式主要表现为“145”、“245”;“1235”模式主要表现为“135”;“12345”模式共2例,均表现为“15”。结论 乙肝两对半表现模式较为复杂,CMIA技术检测乙肝两对半的灵敏度、速度和自动化程度均较高。是目前临床检查乙肝两对半的较好方法。Objective To analyze the modes of HBV serologic markers by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA)technique. Methods HBV markers in the serum samples from 1 010 patients were quantitated by Abbott Architect i2 000SR, then 38 samples were selected from results (modes "1235","1245","1345","12345") randomly,and ELISA was applied to make a contrast. Resuits There were 15 different modes by CMIA. The"145","135","245","25","2" and five markers completely negative mode was predominant modes. Results by ELISA: the mode"145"was predominant in"1345" mode;the modes"145","245"were predominant in"1245"mode;the mode"135"was predominant in"1235" mode;the mode"12345"represented "15". Conclusion There are complex manifestation in the patients serological markers with HBV infection. The sensitivity, speed, automatism degree are higher in detecting HBV serologic markers by CMIA,and CMIA is a preferably technique in detecting HBV serologic markers at present.
